For as long as I can remember I have wanted to follow in my daddy’s footsteps and become a pharmacist. There was no question as to where I wanted to work when I graduated pharmacy school. I wanted nothing more than to serve my community in Knox County along with my dad. The time has come for him to pass the responsibility of ownership of Knox Professional Pharmacy to me and Cory. We have both learned from the best and will continue to learn from him as Dad continues to work alongside of us as our mentor. Dad has made it clear that is not retiring, only relinquishing responsibility. We look forward to continuing to serve the health care needs of our hometown by providing prescription services and immunizations as well as home medical equipment with friendliness and a smile. It comes with great pride and honor for me to announce that I am now a Co-Owner at Knox Professional Pharmacy. For me to have the opportunity to be able to come back and help lead the store that gave me my start in Pharmacy is a surreal experience for me. George Hammons has been my mentor throughout my pharmacy years and is truly a legend in my eyes and in the eyes of many within the profession. George will remain on staff at Knox Professional Pharmacy and continue to play an integral role for us moving forward. He insists that he is not retiring; only delegating responsibility. Frankie Abner and I look to continue to build upon the solid foundation that he has established for us. The #1 priority for Knox Professional Pharmacy has always been providing excellent customer service and taking great care of those we serve. This will remain the top priority for us moving forward! If we haven’t had the chance to earn your trust in the past, we would be honored to do so in the future!
